Los Angeles based designer, Jess Hannah Révész started her fine jewellery line in 2014, after she worked as an apprentice for a local jeweller. She was inspired by her grandmother's vintage heirloom. She originally started out making jewellery for herself and friends, without realising that it would soon to become a cult for others. Her pieces are defined as luxury, timeless, and classic for the modern era, only using ethically sourced stones and 100% recycled gold & silver.
In 2017, she launched a line of high quality and non-toxic nail polish, inspired by natural elements and artist's palettes. Her expansion towards these polish were natural, considering these are all elements of adorning the hand. She continutes to work on what she calls "handscapes" to further pursue in a bridal series ('Ceremony').

The quartz in this collection is responsibly sourced from a Brazilian co-op of quartz mines and individually cut at the globally recognized leader in safe gemstone cutting.
All of her gold, silver, and alloys are 100% post consumer recycled. "Alloys are repurposed from electronics, catalytic converters, and other industrial byproducts. The result is gold and silver on par with newly minded or without negative environmental consequences. All water used int he refining process is reused, and all trace metals left over are refined and recycled" Even the wax used for molding is reused!
The approach to these process make each piece uniquely ethical and environmentally conscious.
All of J.Hannah's jewelry are 100% nickel free, and suitable for those with allergies. All pieces in silver are made from .925 sterling silver and will naturally go through oxidization and tarnish caused by exposure to moisture and air. This can be easily cleaned with baking soda, salt, and aluminium foil as a home remedy or we recommend using a jewelry polish cloth (or silver polish).
Scratches: All of the jewelry features a high polish finish. If you would like to maintain that, it is possible to occassionaly have your jewelry polish via your local jeweler; however as these scracthes accumulate they will lend the piece a softened, heirloom quality that is marked by wear. J.Hannah pieces are heirloom quality pieces, so you can choose whether to keep those scratches for a unique look or polish like new.
